Quantum Week Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Chattanooga Quantum Collaborative (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Quantum Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry
Are legal residents of the United States
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on April 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (“Entry Period”).
Entries will be eligible for the weekly drawing corresponding to the week in which they are received.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Complete the official entry form on the Sponsor’s website
Provide required contact information
Submit a response describing what they learned from the learning modules
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
A total of seven (7) winners will be selected (one per week). Each winner will receive:
A $100 Visa gift card
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random each week from all eligible entries received during that week.
Weekly drawings will occur within 7 days after the end of each weekly period.
Entries do not carry over to subsequent weeks.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each week.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name and submitted response for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary due to technical issues or other factors beyond its control
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winners, contact the Sponsor at a reasonable time after the Giveaway ends.
