Charlie Brock
CEO
Charlie Brock is a longtime champion of innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development in Tennessee. As a founding leader of CQC, he helps build partnerships and align stakeholders across sectors to support quantum readiness in the region. Charlie’s previous roles include CEO of Launch Tennessee, co-founder of Chattanooga Renaissance Fund, and Executive Director at CO.LAB - all roles involving a consistent focus on helping people, ideas, and ecosystems grow.

Danna Bailey
Strategic Planning & Communications
Danna Bailey brings experience helping organizations communicate clearly and connect meaningfully—especially around complex or emerging topics. At CQC, she leads efforts to build awareness, liaise with members and other stakeholders, drive engagement, and support Chattanooga’s role in advancing its quantum leadership. She previously held leadership roles with quantum networking company Qubitekk (acquired by IonQ), public utility EPB and trucking leader U.S. Xpress.

Haden Gibbons
Operations and Marketing Coordinator
Haden Gibbons supports CQC’s day-to-day operations, research, and communications efforts, contributing to everything from meeting coordination and event logistics to digital content and design. With a background in marketing, development, and creative work across nonprofit and hospitality sectors, Haden brings varied experiences to our team.
